All of my artwork is handmade and every piece is one of a kind - the art representing my belief in the importance of individuality, and her take on pottery being everlasting and undying, in the sense that it leaves a certain “mark” on our world.
Shipping and handling costs locally (Israel) are included in cost amount.
Delivery time depends on the Israeli post schedule.

All packages are shipping through the Israel Postal Service.

Before making any purchases, please thoroughly read through every word and view every photo in your selected product descriptions. I work diligently to convey truth in every photograph and text description in my online store. I ask that you respect these efforts by thoroughly investigating and understanding all aspects of your pottery order before sending any money. Please note: the art is all made by hand. It involves the use of raw materials such as clay and glaze, which are all essentially one of a kind. The final pieces might be slightly different than the images on my site.
Noa Kidron Pottery inspect 100% of the pottery visually and by vigorously rubbing her hands around the surface of every piece. I work to maintain an extremely high Standard of Quality. I polish sharp textures and remove cracked pottery, but flaws are still common and every pot probably has one. Like scars in our skin, they are natural, unavoidable parts of the Art.
CAUTION: Pottery will break if dropped or banged against hard surfaces
We are not able to offer refunds or replacement pottery for Noa Pottery packages that are lost, stolen or “returned to sender.” When purchasing Noa Pottery, you must enter a shipping address that is safe to receive packages from the Israel Post Office. You are responsible for entering a proper shipping address that is safe to receive your packages.
If your pottery package arrives broken, then I will ship you replacement pottery at no cost, including shipping costs. However, I require that you email me photo evidence of your broken pottery first including photo of package : email@example.com
If you are not happy with your pottery for any reason, please e-mail me. I really appreciate all feedback, both positive and negative. My contact email: firstname.lastname@example.org
You may return the item(s) within fourteen days, beginning with the day you received them. To do so, you must first notify us in writing by email to email@example.com
Please do not ship the item(s) before contacting me.
Once received your email, I will contact you confirming that return or exchange is eligible. Items must be in the original undamaged packaging and shipped back to the studio at your expense.
I will refund the full cost of the item when it safely reaches the studio. It must arrive back in the same condition as it was received.
The return will be issued to the original source of payment excluding shipping costs within 7-10 days.
